After completing my training at the CREPS d’Antibes (Centre Régional d’Education Physique et du Sport), I obtained my BEESAN (Brevet d’Educateur sportif des activités nautiques) in May 2010, making me a certified swimming teacher.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of giving swimming lessons at the Antibes municipal pool, at sea, and in private homes and villas.
Every winter for the last ten years, I’ve headed for the mountains to work as a ski instructor at the ESF in Flaine, Haute-Savoie.
I’ve always been a keen sportsman, and I’m delighted to share my passion for swimming and skiing, two activities that are particularly close to my heart.
My greatest wish is to teach, and my greatest reward is to see my pupils progress and flourish in these disciplines that inspire us.
I’m 26 years old and I’ve been a swimming teacher for 8 years, training at the CREPS in Antibes and alternating with the Olympic Nice Swimming club.
Since then, I’ve been working at the same club as a swimming teacher for children, teenagers and adults.
Thanks to my status as a former water polo player in ProA
I’ve had the opportunity to become a water polo coach for a competitive group for 2 years now.
Last year I was also lucky enough to make the selections and become assistant coach of the PACA U12 team for the French regional cup, with which we finished French champion
Passionate about swimming since childhood, I grew up in the water before making it my profession. A qualified swimming instructor (BPJEPS AAN) since 2021, I currently work in a municipal swimming pool and also as a coach in a swimming club. My experience has given me the opportunity to work with all types of people: babies, children, adults, seniors, and those with a fear of water. What I love most is sharing my knowledge, helping everyone overcome their fears and progress at their own pace. My greatest joy is seeing my students gain confidence, develop, and thrive in the water. Kindness, effective teaching methods, and a positive atmosphere are at the heart of my sessions, whether the goal is to learn to swim, improve skills, or simply feel more comfortable in the water.
Morgan LHERMITTE, born in June 1978, holds a DEJEPS diploma from the CREPS in Antibes and is a former high-level swimmer.
Passionate about teaching swimming, especially to children, my experience allows me to adapt to all types of students with kindness and a positive attitude.
I have been swimming since 1992. I was a member of the French Junior National Team in 1996 and the French National Team from 1997 to 2003. I am a five-time French Interclub Champion with the Antibes club, holding several French records. I finished 7th in the 200m freestyle at the 2001 Paris World Cup. I have been a coach at Olympic Nice Swimming since 2003. I coach high-level youth athletes in a sports-study program from 6th grade to 12th grade. I coach high-level triathletes who competed in IRONMAN swimming events. I coordinate children’s swimming schools for ages 4 to 9. I am a certified instructor for the BNSSA (National Lifeguard and Water Safety Certificate). I am also an instructor, judge, and evaluator for the BPJEPS (Professional Certificate in Youth, Popular Education and Sport) in swimming at the CREPS (Regional Center for Sports and Physical Education) in Antibes, and an instructor, judge, and evaluator for the DEJEPS (State Diploma in Youth, Popular Education and Sport) in swimming at the CREPS in Antibes.
In conclusion, I would say that my life has always revolved around swimming, and that’s not about to change.
I’ ve always been passionate about sports and travel. Sports coach, boxing trainer, jet ski instructor, professional boxer… but my greatest pride is my swimming instructor certification, which allows me to do the job I love. What matters most to me is sharing my knowledge and expertise. I now have extensive experience teaching and improving swimming skills for all types of people. Water is part of our lives, and it’s important to learn about it from a young age. Learning and discovering with a smile and my good humor—that’s my motto.
On your marks, get set, go!
